Easy Ordering and Fulfillment Process
The ordering and fulfillment process is easy and Eclipse Artwork works with you every step of the way. Simply order online or at your local pet place who offers our personalized products. To order online, simply download the Order form and follow the steps on the form.
In a nutshell, the ordering process includes:
1) Chose the product(s) that you want to enjoy.
2) Make payment.
3) E-mail or text us your favorite pet picture.
4) We create 3 stylized photos and send you all 3 so that you can select your favorite one.
5) After you select your favorite stylized photo, we send you a PDF proof of your photo printed onto your purchased product(s).
6) You approve the final product and we ship it.
It is that Easy.
